Did you know that plants can make the air healthier? With the right plants you can generate cleaner air. We have selected a few indoor plants that purify the air and ensure a healthier and nicer place to live and work. This is especially important for the home hub – people who work from home or who spend a lot of time at home and want to make it more pleasant. The result: greater wellbeing and productivity and less time off. Who wouldn't want that?
Why choose air purifying plants?
The quality of the air we breathe is especially important to our health, fitness, and wellbeing. It’s not only about the quality of the air outside, but also the air in the places where we spend a large part of our lives: the living room, the office, the classroom.
The air quality in these rooms deteriorates due to chemicals released by furniture, clothing, floor coverings, wall coverings, printers, but even by people themselves. Choosing air purifying plants is definitely a good idea!

How does plant air purification work?
All houseplants supply some extra oxygen, but not all plants also purify the air. There are only a few plants that have been scientifically proven to contribute to clean, purified indoor air. Air purifying houseplants convert CO2 into oxygen during the day and release water vapour into the air, which improves the humidity. In addition, they can also break down unpleasant odours, functioning as a kind of air freshener. This improves the indoor climate at home, making you feel more comfortable and helping to you work, live and exercise better at home.
